From January 1, 2022, China will implement a provisional import tax rate lower than the MFN tax rate for 954 commodities.

1. We will implement zero tariffs on radium chloride injection, a new anticancer drug, and reduce the import tariff on some medical products such as intracranial thrombectomy stent and artificial joint.

2. Reduce import tariffs on some consumer goods, including high-quality aquatic products such as salmon and COD, baby clothes, dishwashers, ski appliances, etc.

3. Implement zero tariff on oil paintings and other works of art for more than 100 years.

4. Reduce import tariffs on gasoline engine particle traps to improve vehicle fuel efficiency and reduce exhaust emissions, automotive electronic throttle, and peat for soil remediation.

5. Reduce import tariffs on key parts such as high-purity graphite accessories, high-voltage cables used in high-speed motor cars, membrane electrode assemblies, and bipolar plates for fuel cells, and reduce import tariffs on raw materials required for food processing, daily chemical and leather manufacturing industries such as cocoa beans, plant essential oils, and animal fur.

6. Reduce import tariffs on resource products such as pyrite and pure potassium chloride.
