1. All persons returning to Shanghai from or via areas at medium to high risk of epidemic in China should report to their neighbourhood committee and unit (or hotel) as soon as possible and no later than 12 hours aftre arrival in Shanghai.
2. All people returning to Shanghai from or via high risk area in China will be placed under intensive quarantine for 14 days and tested for nucleic acid of the COVID 19 twice.
3. Strict community health management for 14 days and 2 tests for nucleic acid of Covid 19 for all persons returning to Shanghai from or via medium risk areas in China.
4. Schools and other relevant units will strenghten health code checks and assist in implementing appropriate health management measures for studnets and employees returning to Shanghai from areas at high risk of domestic outbreaks within the last 14 days.

Currently, all major train stations in Shanghai carry out temperature checks on arriving passengers, including once on entry and one on exit.
Special staff are also deployed at the exit gates of all train stations to check passengers health codes individually. According to the latest epidemic prevention requirements, all visitors to Shanghai are required to check their health codes.
If someone has a zellow code, staff on site will notify the community to pick them up and quarantine them at home for 14 days; if they have a red code, staff willsend the traveller to a designed centralised quarantine site for 14 days.[/box]

According to Shanghai Airport Group, all people entering the terminals at Shanghai Pudong and Hongqiao airports are still required to wear masks and have their temparature measured. Fullclosed-loop management is in place for international arrivals.
All domestic arrivals are checked by health code at both Shanghai airports and released or further observed according to the results of the check.
At the same time, health status declaration desks are set up on site for passengers to declaretheir health status on their own initiative.[/box]
